I guarantee my puppies to be in good health to the best of my knowledge. All preventative care including shots and dewormings will be up to date.
Your puppy is guaranteed for up to two* years against fatal and life altering congenital diseases which adversely affect the health of the animal. This includes severe hip dysplasia, which hampers a dog’s movement and natural gait and requires surgery to correct; kidney, heart, pancreas, spine, and liver problems of a severe life threatening or altering nature.
I will not be held responsible for any medical expenses incurred. You, as the buyer, are fully aware that owning a puppy means trips to the veterinarian and understand that you will be responsible for all payments.
As of the date of delivery, your puppy has received proper vaccinations and has been dewormed on a strict schedule. Puppies may be severely stressed by the change in their environment. Minor problems such as diarrhea, coccidiosis, wormy stool, etc., may occur and must be treated. These conditions are the responsibility of you, the buyer, and should be checked by a veterinarian.
There is no guarantee that you will be able to show or breed your puppy regardless of show or breeding potential unless you have paid extra for a breeding rights.
*The Guarantee listed here is a summary only. Only a written guarantee signed by both parties will be honored. Please contact me for a copy of my detailed Health Guarantee.
You must have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within two (2) business days of delivery (excluding weekends and holidays.) I must be informed of the examination’s result by e-mail. The email needs to include a summary of the vet visit, the date, and vet’s name and phone number. Failure to complete this crucial step will render this guarantee void.
You are responsible for the daily health care and maintenance of the pet, including all immunizations and examinations recommended after the adoption, as well as providing necessary medication and follow-up treatments from veterinarian visits.
I realize sometimes that circumstances change. You may be forced to move into an area that isn't pet friendly. You or your family may decide that taking care of a puppy really isn't something they want to do after all. Health or allergy may prevent you from giving proper care or attention to your puppy. At any time during your puppies lifetime I will always welcome it back, regardless of the reason or age, no questions asked. I want to make sure all of my puppies stay happy and are well cared for. If you ever have to give up your puppy please contact me before giving it away to a stranger or releasing it to a shelter/adoption facility. If you return the puppy for any reason, it will be on a surrender basis only with no refund or credit.
